Hi, my name is Jenny Tsai. I am currently a lawyer specializing in real estate law. My areas of specialisation include property development and sales, land use planning, environmental law, corporate law and commercial law.  I have practiced law for approximately 25 years under the direct supervision of the chief magistrate in Hong Kong. I have been a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong since the 1980 and hold an LL.B. degree from Nuffield College, Oxford (U.K.) with distinction. The main thrusts of my career have been the private practice of law, commercial law and commercial litigation and arbitrations. The first was with a Chinese law firm in Hong Kong that I helped to set up and was active in the legal and accounting practices of the firm. The business continued to grow and I was joined by two of my colleagues and we eventually acquired a substantial business with many other employees.
